Sizing Charts

Use the following Voler sizing charts are provided to assist in choosing jersey and vest sizes.

Men's Chart (Club Cut)

The men's jerseys are available in the Club Cut that we have always offered.

Women's Chart

The women's jerseys are available in the club cut that was so popular at our last ride. The Club Cut is more generous and does NOT have elastic on the bottom.

Windshell Vest Sizing (Unisex)

The unisex cut is form fitting to reduce wind drag.

Men should match their jersey size unless they are on the border between two sizes. The vests are not as stretchy as the jerseys so going to the next larger size might be warrented.
Since vests are unisex (mens sizing), a woman should consider ordering a vest that is one size small than indicated by the women's chart.

Product Fabric

Short Sleeve and Sleeveless Jerseys

Short sleeve and sleeveless jersey fabric, Airies Micro Plus, is constructed of 100% polyester micro denier yarns. These yarns make the fabric lightweight, providing breathability and durability, while giving the garment a soft, comfortable feel. Weight: 194g / 6.75 oz.

Long Sleeve Jerseys

Long sleeve jersey fabric, SQ Pro, exhibits breathability far superior to anything else on the market. The small block micro-mesh construction creates a unique look and feel that enables air to easily pass through the fabric, keeping you dry and cool. Another feature exclusive to SQ Pro is the addition of Mynx UV. Bonded chemically with the yarns, this treatment greatly increases the UV-reflective properties of the fabric and gives it an SPF rating of 35+.

Vests

Lightweight, wind proof and water resistant Vortex Ripstop fabric front with Dual Directional YKK zippers. Airia poly mesh side panels and back with 3 rear pockets.

Vortex Ripstop. The micro-fiber construction of Vortex Rip-Stop makes it lightweight, wind-proof and water-resistant. In addition, each fiber is coated with a water-resistant finish. The ripstop weave adds increased durability. Weight: 102g / 3.6 oz.
Aria Micro Mesh. A light, smooth finished micro denier mesh. The open construction of the mesh is designed to increase airflow, but is still opaque enough to be worn by itself.
