| What is the weather like? |
| The weather is usually cold in the morning � but it can turn hot. If you have
weather concerns, please refer to your local television or Internet weather forecast
(ZIP code = 93432). The ride will be held rain or shine. |
| Do you serve food at the rest stops? |
| Be prepared for world famous food in abundance at our numerous rest
stops. This includes a buffet lunch during the ride and an after-ride
BBQ dinner at Creston. Extra dinners for non-riders can be purchased for
$7.00 at the event. |
| When
can I get my registration material and merchandise I ordered? |
| Friday night between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., and Saturday morning between
6:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. at the Multipurpose Room of the Creston school. |
| When
can we start riding? |
| Riders of the 100 mile
century and the 75 mile ride may start riding between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
The 50 mile riders may start between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. IF
YOU START EARLY YOU MAY GET TO THE REST STOPS BEFORE THEY ARE OPEN. |
| What if we arrive late? |
| Riders starting late should consider shorter routes as the rest stops may
close before they arrive, and the COURSE WILL CLOSE AT 5:00 PM. Stragglers will
be offered a SAG ride to the start and will be on their own if they turn this
down. |
| Where can I find the photos that
were taken during the ride? |
| Event photographs are taken by PhotoCrazy (which has no affiliation
with SLOBC). We will update this page to provide a link to their web site
once they post the photographs for the ride. Currently photos for the

| How
do you handle the registrations of tandems? |
| We register
riders not bicycles on all of our rides. Consequently, each rider on a tandem
needs to register separately. |
